* A community-led decision system for Rejuve.AI. It provides the structures (working groups, proposals, voting) that let $RJV holders and contributors shape product priorities, tokenomics, data-rewards, and ecosystem initiatives.

Governance captures community expertise, increases legitimacy and accountability, rewards meaningful contributions, and is open to all, starting with handraisers only, and extending to all RJV holders, while maintaining high quality as participation scales.
